www.weather.com is a good site for...well, the weather.

You can check for deals at www.mousesavers.com

Staying at a Disney resort can be a good deal if it eliminates your need for a rental car - you%26#39;ll also save on parking fees.

If your hotel advertises ';Free Shuttle to Disney parks';, check the schedule (call the front desk of the hotel if necessary). Some have very limited schedules. We stayed at a wonderful hotel once but the last shuttle of the day was always before the fireworks so we ate up any supposed savings by using taxis.

You can find out about closures on attractions at

I imagine February is pretty booked by now. Try mouseavers.com, allears.net. Search the board here for the mousesavers newletter link- it is in the first few pages I think as ihave seen it recently.

Try travelzoo for rooms once you know where you want to stay if there are no discounts. at 18 months they won%26#39;t take in too much, but MK and SW would be good choices. Or even just DTD and MK as there is lots to see/do there and it doesn%26#39;t cost anything.

Make sure you choose a hotel with a good heated pool, and you%26#39;ll be wanting at least a fridge if not a full or mini kitchen with a little one.

For a first Disney trip with a little one, I highly recomend staying at a Disney Resort. There is still avalability

I also highly recomend

dreamsunlimitedtravel.com

The Service is Free and everything can be done on-line. I have used them several times and they are very reliable

Have a look and fill out a request for a quote, they can at least give you an idea of costs and ticket options.

Weather might be a tad on the chilly side at night but during the day it should warm up enough for a dip in the pool :)

I also agree with staying on-site. I have only ever stayed onsite to go to disney. It is the way to go, no hassles, no need for driving or worry about anything really. They pick you up from the ariport for free too if you are flying in, and take you back. Pop Century is $82.00 a night and that is a great deal if you ask me!

Just make sure you pack all of your toiletries! They are very costly in Disney and so is most everything else. I reccomend the Disney fan sites for planning well. There is a really friendly group called the echo ears also, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. http://disneyecho.emuck.com/ The dis boards have a fridge swap...not really up on the rules of it though, for Pop Centry, if you want in on it. www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=22

tons of Disney fans there;)

The weather is usually not too bad there this time of year, I used sweaters in the morning and the evening. On one day I did wear a sweatshirt all day long. It is kind of fun wearing jeans to the parks and not sweating your brains out! It is still sunny so, bring sun screen, hats and shades.

Have a fab time on your trip!

Stay on-site. Totally worth it, especially for a weekend.

Bring sweaters, sweatshirts, etc. It can be downright cold in the mornings and evenings. We also took shorts and wore them during the day.

BRING RAIN PONCHOS!!! It rained on us every day we were there and we had to buy $35 worth of Disney ponchos at the park instead of having the $3 ones from Target.

Get there for the opening of the MK. Truly magic!

Don%26#39;t push it. Nothing worse than a crying toddler at Disney World.

Go to Pooh%26#39;s Corner and let him run around.

DO NOT go to Snow White%26#39;s Scary Adventures, Haunted Mansion, or Tough to Be a Bug (at AK).

Have a blast!

Take loads of pictures.
