Where can we find decent beach umbrellas and chairs to purchase?

I have always had trouble keeping beach umbrellas in the sand. I saw an umbrella anchor online for $19. Is it worth the money? Are there any sold there?

This is crucial to my vacation enjoyment!

Just go to the closest WalMart to where you are staying. They carry all that stuff. There are lots of other places too.
