I wanted to rent this condo but the timeframe we were heading down, the pool was closed. The condo looks like it is beautiful and he seems like a great guy.

Just want to let you know, I called Caper Beach Club, the pool will be closed 5/5/08-5/24/08!! Whew, we will be there until the 26th of April!! By the way, Josh Baltes is the greatest to rent from!!!!

thanks for the pool info! This condo doesnt meet our needs for the type of beds in the 2nd broom. I did receive an email from caper beach club directly and they offered a few with what we need. However, they wont send any pics. Before I place a deposit on a unit I always like to see what we are getting. Now we may be having another guest so I asked for a 3brm but caper beach said they dont have one available. If anyone knows of an owner of a 3drom at the Caper the info would be welcomed.
