I know ';Hard Rock Cafe'; use to bring the birthday person up to the front of the restaurant and announce their birthday. ';Margaritaville'; celebrated by having one of the balloon people that are on stilts make a big balloon hat for the birthday person. I don%26#39;t remember if they did any announcement etc.
