What parks to visit

Three full days in Disney. I have an almost 3 year old girl and a 6 year old Boy. Magic Kingdom is a definite, how much time do you need? Going in late Feb.

Should we do Animal Kingdom or MGM? Can we do all three. Thinking we will miss Epcot.

What parks to visit

Because it%26#39;s late and others are probably sleeping right now, I%26#39;ll answer even though I think they%26#39;d do a better job.

Animal Kingdom is usually highly recommended for young children, and I believe MGM is really popular with kids who like Cars and quite a few other characters that are only there.

EPCOT does have some really nice things for young kids, but if I were only picking three for their ages, I%26#39;d skip it too. (However, Snow White hangs out in the German Pavillion, I believe, and they do have a princess character meal that looks very nice too.)

On the Disney site they have an option where you can see the attractions geared toward young kids, and MK and AK have the highest number, followed by MGM.

If you%26#39;re doing multiple parks, you can go to Allearsnet and find the links for finding characters at the other parks too. I only gave you the link for MK since that%26#39;s all you mentioned.

I hope you have a great trip!

Oh, if you add the Park Hopper option, you can do all four in three days. People often recommend doing AK in the morning when the animals are most active and EPCOT in the afternoon/evening or combining AK and MGM in one day.

Magic Kingdom ? of course. I%26#39;d plan on a full day of fun there. I think your kids will both enjoy Animal Kingdom. It closes earlier then the other parks so you%26#39;ll have a little down time for maybe a bit of swimming or a stroll around Downtown Disney. Hollywood Studios ( MGM ) would also be a good choice and could be done in a 1/2 day. It shouldn%26#39;t be too crowded and you won%26#39;t have to have a Plan of Attack, take your time and enjoy,

Have a look at

and

allears.net/pl/kids.htm

You can get a few Ideas of whats available for the kids so you can get the most out of each Park

Chicago: The youngest will probably not be into anything except the MK. The 6 year old son, will also enjoy the MK the most. They will probably tire early on, with all the walking, so probably plan a morning with the children, and an afternoon pause in Epcot. The monorail is good in this regard, although you must change trains at the trans center.

I would plan mornings in the MK, and afternoons elsewhere.

If you are staying on the grounds, it is easier to accommodate children, although there is ample space to rest after a long morning in the lines.

The weather could be a factor, depending on when you plan to attend.

Hope all goes well.

If you are not doing the park hopper.....MK day one, Animal Kingdom day two (park closes earlier so you can go back to hotel/villa/motorhome and relax...day three MGM.

I would miss Epcot with the ages of your kids at this point...but wouldn%26#39;t miss MK or MGM.
