Villa near Universal/Sea World help?

Hi, Help please. Coming to Orlando June 2009 two families totalling either 9 or 10.

Need a really nice villa in a gated community. Stayed in Windsor Palms and loved it, but not doing much Disney this time, going to do lots of Universal, IOA, Sea WOrld etc, So not sure where to stay, any advise please....

BEcause of laws in Orange County, there are no ';villa'; type communities near Universal or SeaWorld.

Osceola County has all the villa communities.

There aren%26#39;t any/many villas in Orange county due to no zoning for short term rentals. all that zoning is south for east to west in Osceola and Polk counties.

So, I%26#39;d stay someplace that was close to i4 for the trip up, even down the south end of 27 or at Terre Verde which is like WP in that it is gated, but it is newer and quieter as less people- no condos. It is just south of 192, a few miles down Poinciana blvd.

Or, you can stay much closer if you rent 2, 2/3 bed condos somewhere like HCGV, Sheraton Vistana, cypress Point, etc.
