Has anyone ever stayed here?

I stayed at Splash, but not that condo specifically. The end units like the one you are looking at are typically a bit larger with a bigger balcony. We stayed in a 1BR 107010 and it was lovely and quite roomy enough for my husband, me, and three kids. We also stayed in a 3BR at Calypso vrbo #80659. If you%26#39;re not locked into Splash, check this one out; it%26#39;s absolutely gorgeous!

After reading some of the posts about Splash, and their pools being used as giant toilets, I think Calypso looks like a better choice. :-)

The condo you suggested looks great, and the prices are very reasonable.

Is the second floor high enough to have a great view of the gulf? Do the palm trees by the pool obstruct the views?

The palm trees did not obstruct our view in the least. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. I remember when we first walked into the room, the drapes were open and the first thing I saw was that gorgeous blue water... (my first view of the gulf). The owners of that condo, The Danzig family from Atlanta are first class folks as well.

Whichever place you choose, hope you have a wonderful, safe trip!
