Reunion Condos or Windsor Hills property??

We will be travelling in April 2008 to Orlando with my parents and a three year old and would love feedback on which resort is most family friendly. I know both properties have nice pools etc. but would love feedback if you have stayed at either property?

I have been to Windsor H- it is far closer to the parks. Reunion is more expensive/exclusive and much further away from Disney. But it is nice.

I guess it depends on how much mouse you want to do, and if with small children you want to do the %26#39;go back and swim/nap%26#39; thing. If so, pick WH.

Reunion Condos or Windsor Hills property??

I%26#39;ve stayed at WH 3 times, twice without kids and the last time with 4 grandkids. We stayed in a pool home and mostly used that pool instead of the main one but the kids did like the big pool and loved the castle playground. There%26#39;s a couple of other playgrounds throughout the subdivision also. Also has a mini movie theatre that you can choose a movie and have it shown in the theatre for free.

Reunion is further south on Old Lake Wilson Rd and more expensive but very nice I%26#39;m sure. Probably can%26#39;t go wrong with either one.

Windsor Hills is a gated community with nice resort facilities and most convenient for Disney. Reunion is a high-end Ginn development with great golf facilities. You could likely get a nice pool home at Windsor Hills for your family at a similar rate to a condo at Reunion.

Windsor Hill is a lot closer to the parks and will be ideal, having stayed at Windsor Palms i think it will be ideal.

Unfortunately I don%26#39;t have the funds to holiday in Reunion......not just to book but to live ....wow you need some dosh.

I am a golfer who travels the world and would love to play the Reunion tracks........but hell everyone has a price and that toooooooooo much.

Tiger, the prices are dropping in Reunion as fast as anywhere else. Maybe next year, you will be able to afford a rental there lol!

To play the courses would be great, not sure I would like to stay there though.

I%26#39;m happy staying where the locals live, its all a bit to pretentious for me. Those sort of places leave me cold, with folks trying to live a fantasy lifestyle.

It looks like renting homes and condos at Reunion is almost comparable in pricing for April 2008 anyway.

The prices in Reunion used to be higher. Perhaps another sign of increasing competition?
