We always like the People Carrier type (Voyager)

They are great at having lots of internal space , which doubles as a changing room for water parks and the beach (normally blacked out rear windows).

SUVs are ok but more car like inside with extra seats.

If a people carrier is a minivan...make sure you go for the upgraded version. Most of the ';standard'; mini-vans here in the states do not have very much trunk space and for 6 people you will want the upgraded mini-van that offers you more trunk space.

We hired payless. Hope it is good. Read post from Fl person who said it was very good.

If you arrie driving from the airport, you need something big enough for 6 people, and the number of bags you will have. If you are renting after getting to your accomodation, then you will get away with a smaller 6 person rental.

If you travel with more than 1 bag pp outbound, go for the bigger one.
