First Time Villa Rental

Hi All,

Got great advise last year would appreciate it if any

one has experience of renting a family villa. I am hoping to rent a villa close to Disney July/August 2007. Family of four two boys aged 18 yrs %26amp; 13 years.

Any tips/advise would be much appreciated.

we have been to orlando 3 times as a family , we always stay around the formossa gardens area ,it is the nearest gated community to disney

most others sea world ,universal, discovery cove, aqatica are only 20 mins

formossa gardens is split into about 8 areas all very close,ie rolling hills and various others,

we have found this end of the 192 which is the main road through kissimmee the best by a long way,

google a map of the villa areas and do your homework it will pay of,
