We are planning to visit wdw in late june. Will the crowds be less if we go on a weekday or will all days be crowded at this time of year?

The weekend will be more crowded ( weekends all Summer long tend to be )
I recomend avoiding Hollywood Studios on Friday, Saturday and Sunday UNLESS you are a Star Wars Fan.
The Star Wars Weekends are really jam packed. It was great fun but only because we were fans and the whole reason we were there was for this Event.
The weather will be HOT and HUMID and a chance of rain on a daily basis but it only last an hour or so.
