Upscale Condo Recommendations

We are looking for advice regarding a weekly 2 bedroom condo rental, beachfront, on Ft Myers Beach. We usually stay on Sanibel, but the children are beginning to find it boring! We have visited Ft Myers Beach and like it, but never have stayed there. We are looking for a nice, upscale complex. Any recommendations would really be appreciated!

We love Caper Beach. Have been staying there for approx. 12 years. I will have to say it is a very quiet part of the beach so I am not sure your children would find it that exciting. It is a beautiful part of the beach and the condos are great.

Pointe Estero or Gull Wing. Lovely properties.

totally agree Pointe estero or gullwing and we prefer the south end of estero

I suggest picking a place on the North end of the island or the kids will be bored again. The South end is great, but it%26#39;s not what the kids usually want.

You might want to try the Edison beach house. All suites and very close to the action on FMB

Pink Shell or Edison Beach House on the North end. Pink Shell has a great kid%26#39;s pool. Edison Beach House is not condos, but is all suites with full amenities. On the South end (the quiet end) Pointe Estero or Gull Wing. The units are more spacious at Gull Wing and possibly less expensive. The units at Pointe Estero are quite nice, just a bit smaller, with jetted tubs in the master bath that will hold about 6 kids :-)

Diamond Head beach Resort is very nice upscaled condo rfesort.

I agree with all the other posts. Pink Shell is great.

Cane Palm Condo is also nice. We%26#39;ve stayed there for spring break with our kids (now 12 and 15) and they always find friends to play with, don%26#39;t get bored because they%26#39;re within walking distance of Time Square, and it%26#39;s quiet enough for us adults.
