Disney credit card?

I know this is a little bit on the nosey side, but I really would like to know. Do most of you take your normal credit card for back up purchases, or do you get the disney credit card that you get not interest for 6 months?

If you have a credit card use that if it has a good percentage rate( or pay it off right a way) or if you are going to make some larger purchase and can%26#39;t pay them off in the one month window...then do the Disney card...no interest how great is that !! Mine was for 1 year...even better yet !!

The Disney card has many benefits...I just posted a list of them....wondering if other cardholders take advantage of the vast benefits...I always book the trip with the card so we get zero interest (minimum is 6 months..we have had offeres for 12 months)...and the reward $$%26#39;s which can be applied to trips or any other purchases at the parks or Disney online..cruises, etc.

The card carries no annual fee so you may want to look into it for the other perks when at Disney parks....they also offer one off specials such as VIP tickets to Disney on Broadway (we have done Lion King and Little Mermaid with guaranteed VIP seating and gifts - read that as in the first few rows, center stage plus hats, T%26#39;s, etc), Disney concerts (ya know...Hannah is all the rage for the tween set now)...and others.....

I am not sure if you get zero interest on actual purchases made while at the park...I have to check that out....

I take whichever credit card works best for the deal of the day. My two primaries are hotel chain cards because I travel for business.

That said, if Disney offers a 6 month no int before we go, we%26#39;ll just apply, get that, then stop using it after the trip except to keep any points earned.

I believe the deal now is no interest for 6 months when you use the Disny Visa Card to pay for your Disney Resort or Package Stay, doesn%26#39;t include purchases while at Disney. You do of course earn Reward $ on all purchases at Disney ( and can get a discount at several Disney Stores while there ) and everywhere else in the Real World

Might have to consider that... Our resort stay this year with the Plat is not cheap... I wonder if that includes expenses occurred over trip on checkout (since that is billed from resort).
