Hi. We are considering staying at the Sandpearl Resort March 15-22. What is the construction like around that hotel? I understand it is a new resort. We are not at all familiar with the area and have not been to Clearwater Beach for over 20 years. What is the area surrounding this hotel like? We will have two 17 year old boys with us for their high school spring break. We want a safe area for them to hang out in.

Sandpearl Resort area
The construction really is not too bad now, especially in the area around the Sandpearl, which just opened this past Summer. Alot has changed on the beach in 20 years, but it is still a great beach for a vacation. The beach itself is still as good as it ever was. Perfect beach area for the 17 year olds with alot for them to do.
