We will be flying in the morning before our cruise. We plan to rent a car and do some sightseeing. I%26#39;m trying to decide what hotel to stay at. I%26#39;ve read that a lot of people have recommended the Raddison, but our friends are staying at the Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach. The Holiday Inn is more money but on the beach, but the Raddison is closer and you can see the ships. Does anyone have any suggestions???? I appreciate your help!

If you are choosing purely on the view, the Holiday Inn Oceanfront would win hands-down. It is right on the ocean. Although also nice, the Radisson does not have a view. As for the distance, The Holiday Inn is only about five or six minutes farther away from the port than the Radisson so that shouldn%26#39;t really affect your choice.

Both are nice properties but like Island said HI is oceanfront. Keep in mind this area is small and nothing is too far away. The view from the Radisson is limited. If you really want to see the ships, go to the port and sit outside at Grills or Rustys around 4:30 most afternoons and they will sail right by you.
