PV with older children- 13 and 15

Thinking about going here for spring break week- 3/15-3/21- will it be warm enough to swim? What activities are there for older children?

Here%26#39;s a link to the weather you can expect.

When college aged kids from the north come down for spring break, they don%26#39;t hesitate to get in the water, but it is cold to me. Right around 70 degrees or slightly lower. Typically the weather is beautiful and we all want to be outside. March is a great time of year to visit, but sometimes a freak cold-front can move in for a couple of days. As far as entertaining your teenagers go, I would recommend the St. John%26#39;s Town Center. It is a pedestrian mall at the intersection of JTB and 9A in Jacksonville (about a 30 min. drive from PVB depending on where you are) and has a lot of stores that appeal to that age group. Driving from the airport, you would pass right by it. If you stay at one of the resorts, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club or The Lodge at Ponte Vedra, there will be other kids their age and they like to hang out in the pool areas. The resorts may also have planned activities for that age group. Also, venturing in to St. Augustine for the day is fun and about a 45-60 minute scenic drive down A1A from Ponte Vedra. Hope that helps!
