Disney Delux hotel, Honeymoon which one?

Hi coming over June 2009 with friends they will be getting married again! And we are all going to stay in a villa, as there will be 4 adults and 5 kids.

I thought it would be nice to treat them to a short stay say 3 nights in one of the delux disney hotels, but having never stayed in one, not sure which one to choose. It will be just the two of them and I will have their kids in the villa, so a really relaxing luxury few nights away from the kids to pamper themselves is what I am looking for, I know she likes the look of Animal Kingdom and one of the rooms looking at the Animals with a balcany but is it relaxing enough, or should I go for one of the others Help please!!!!

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of the most relaxing resorts on the entire Disney property. Very little is more relaxing than just sitting on your balcony in the morning with coffee watching the animals wake up. But, since it is their honeymoon, I would try the Grand Floridian. It is the most deluxe disney resort. They could also book a meal at ';Victoria and Alberts';, a fabulous restaurant which now does not allow kids under 10.

I would say either Animal Kingdom Lodge or Grand Floridian.

Thanks everyone for your help, just one more thing, is it worth paying the extra for the rooms with balcanys looking at the animals,? Do you really see them from your room?

You do see the Animals. Worth the extra $, IMO, it%26#39;s what the whole experience of staying at the Logde is all about :)

We did our Honeymoon at AK. HIGHLY recommended. We booked the savannah view (there is nothing like eating breakfast and watching the giraffe%26#39;s).

It%26#39;s a short cab ride to Floridian for dinner at V+As (also recommended).

I%26#39;ll assume you will be meeting them during the days? If not, look into the platinum plan for them. It includes meals (and ROOM SERVICE) as well as spa treatments, etc. If they do just the spa treatments, cruise, room service breakfasts one tour and V+A they will break even right there (it%26#39;s not cost effective without the tours and cirque)
