If you are looking for great hotel with free breakfast, heated pool, jacuzzi, free happy hour food, walkway to private beach area, walking distance to shops, luxurious hotel room with beds to die for, just renovated, peaceful surroundings, nice nice staff, free parking, and all for around the same price as all the other hotels, then the HAMPTON INN on Cocoa Beach is the place to be, i stayed longer than a week because i love it so much! View from the balcony is close to the ocean and sunset...you will never be disappointed here...p.s. unlike island dude i am not from here and am not being paid to write this review!

I do agree that the Hampton Inn is one of the better choices for Cocoa Beach lodging. I strongly disagree with your assesment of ';Island Dude';. If you are referring to ';Island 24';, I have always thought the posts and reviews were very objective, and didn%26#39;t show a bias toward any paticular establishment.
