Usually when you have a timeshare coupon the room is already assigned.Sometimes if the place isnt crowded they will move you.Ask for something that isnt facing the street,something interior.Its a very big complex.Dont leave fearing bad reviews.I have heard about agressive timeshare sales people at all of the Westgates,but just say NO and ignore them.I have never stayed there but visited some friends a few years ago who were there.The place has at least one of everything you could want,is in a good location and looked well maintained.Have fun.

Stayed there a few years ago and the room assigned to us overlooked the parking lot, so make sure before you leave the desk to ask for a room with view of lake or pool whatever you like. The grounds are maintained, however the rooms not so much we had rusty appliances and very outdated furniture much like the 90%26#39;s. Very crowded as they seem to do alot of free or very inexspensive deals for timeshare tours. Parking difficult if you return home past 6. Definately not one of my favorites but if you are doing the parks all day it is a place to sleep and will be fine. Enjoy yourself
