I think this would take the fun out of it all. The best part of tramping round a park is getting lost, holding the map upside down (or spilling soda on it), losing your temper because you can%26#39;t find the magical toilets (which have been disguised to not look like toilets), trying to work out whether to go round in a clockwise direction or not, attempting to find a good position for the parade (which is a series of dotted lines on the map), and getting hot and hungry.

I think GPS would take this fun away and the experience would not be the same.
